Our experience has been absolutely unacceptable. We purchased a coffee vending machine through Alibaba, and it only worked for 15 days before completely failing, showing very poor quality and low-durability components.
The after-sales service is even worse. We have spent over two months trying to resolve this issue with no real solution. Responses are slow and clearly aimed at delaying the process, sending useless videos instead of taking responsibility.
Their only “solution” is to send a replacement part while forcing us to pay shipping from China to Chile, which is completely unacceptable for a defective product.
We demand an immediate solution: full repair at no cost, full replacement, or a complete refund. Otherwise, we will escalate this case and warn other buyers.
